Governance

Under the terms of the Governance Framework developed by the Governance Sub Committee of the National Licensing Proposal Reference Group, an interim Executive Committee was elected at the 4th National Licensing Forum in May 2007 to establish Electronic Resources Australia.

The interim Executive Committee was dissolved in November 2007 following the establishment of the first ERA Executive Committee.

The National Library of Australia has appointed an officer to the position of Consortium Executive Officer ex officio until otherwise determined by the Membership Forum and the National Library.
